Lawn Boy   by Gary Paulsen 

This is an incredibly short book that tells an entertaining story. There is even a little bit of "business education" within the story too!

Who would've ever thought that an old lawn mower that Grandma gave him for his birthday could become a life-changing gift.  First he was mowing his own lawn, then the neighbor's lawn, and eventually lawns everywhere.  And how did he end up with a stock broker, employees, and a professional fighter!  A lot of excitement for one 12-year-old boy!
